Christopher worked at a global investment bank (Nomura), a sovereign wealth fund (Kuwait Investment Office) and an internationally focused Scottish investment house (Murray Johnstone) before co-founding Kreis in 1998. Over the last 30 years he has lived and worked in London, Tokyo, Glasgow, Zurich and Munich.
He has significant hands-on experience in managing investment managers as well as fixed income portfolios, asset allocation, the establishment and operation of investment funds in multiple jurisdictions, and operational management and regulatory compliance in regulated financial services. In addition, he has extensive specialist expertise in film and television production finance and distribution.
Christopher is a director of a small number of private companies.
Beyond work duties, he serves as a trustee of a charitable trust and, when not enjoying time with his young family, likes to pursue his passions of music and politics in the UK and Germany.
RICHARD ELIOTT LOCKHART

Richard Eliott Lockhart has over 30 years’ experience in promoting and distributing a wide range of specialist investment schemes, including VCTs, EIS companies and Property, Film and other Limited Liability Partnerships including renewable energy vehicles, to the UK retail and institutional markets.
He has worked for a number of well-known companies covering the UK market primarily, but also continental Europe. His past history in the 1970s and 1980s includes working for Allied Dunbar, Julian Gibbs Associates, and Mercury Asset Management. In 1991 he became Managing Director of the Unit Trusts and Open-ended Funds division of Murray Johnstone Ltd, covering design, promotion and distribution of their UK and offshore funds including Venture Capital Trusts.
As a director of Matrix Money Management Limited and subsequently with Kreis Consulting Limited he has been instrumental in the successful launch of a wide range of specialist investment vehicles.
His family is now grown up but he lives on a farm in Scotland where his own non-work activities include farming, involvement in a bespoke blacksmith business and various sports and local charitable activities.
COMPANY SECRETARY & COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Sue has had a varied career, starting as a civil servant at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and including overseas assignments in India, Egypt and Belgium. After the Foreign Office, Sue moved into the private sector where she has since worked in corporate administration and compliance.
In 2004 she took time out to study full-time for a research degree and was awarded her Doctorate in Nutrigenomics and Health Promotion in 2009. On completion of her studies, Sue joined Kreis where she serves as Compliance Officer, Company Secretary and Senior Corporate Administrator.
Outside of work Sue is a keen bridge player.

Luc worked for a number of global investment banks, including Merrill Lynch, Nomura, Nikko and Yamaichi, before co-founding Kreis in 1998. Over the last 30 years he has lived and worked in Lugano, London, Zurich, Glasgow and Łódź.
He has wide-ranging experience in the international capital markets, with a particular emphasis on marketing and distribution within Switzerland.
In recent years Luc has concentrated on his film and television production and distribution activities, serving as Chairman of Se-ma-for Film Production in Poland: a globally acclaimed, Academy Award-winning leader in stop-motion animation.
Andrew is a senior manager with professional qualifications and broad knowledge of many financial products and sectors. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant he worked at Credit Suisse as a credit analyst and distressed debt trader. He joined SG Warburg as an analyst where he stayed for 21 years as the firm went through several mergers to become UBS, working as an analyst, a structurer and a trader in fixed income, convertibles and equity derivatives before specialising in corporate derivatives. Andrew was a Managing Director for 11 years at UBS.
Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
Janice started off her career as a legal secretary but switched to the world of investment management in 1989 when she joined Murray Johnstone in Glasgow. Here she provided sales support to the National Sales Manager and his team of Regional Sales Managers.
In 2001 Janice joined Kreis Consulting as Business Development Officer assisting with the promotion of various investment products. Her roles include business administration, design and production of marketing materials and providing sales support.
During her time at Kreis Janice also studied with the Open University gaining a Bachelors Degree (with Honours) in Psychology. When not spending time with her family, she sings with a rock choir and has been known to “tread the boards”.
Paula began her career in the marketing department of the Scottish investment manager, Murray Johnstone, where she worked for 10 years in various marketing roles including the marketing of Investment Trusts and Events Management.
During her time at Murray Johnstone Paula successfully gained the Chartered Institute of Marketing Certificate.
In 2001 Paula joined Kreis Consulting as Business Development Officer assisting with the promotion of various investment products. Her roles include business administration, design and production of marketing materials and providing sales support.
Using her excellent time management skills, she balances her role at Kreis with her role as a mother and, when time permits, Paula is also a keen runner.
